Studio100 Pilates is a boutique STOTT PILATES® studio specializing in private, semi-private, and small group classes. All sessions are scheduled with the instructor by appointment only.
All new clients must first schedule an evaluation session before booking a regular private session or small group class.
During the evaluation, we’ll discuss health & movement goals, do a postural assessment, and get moving on the equipment!

In-studio private sessions may be purchased individually or in packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
Private sessions are $90 per person and are a great option if you prefer to practice individually one-on-one with our instructor. Private sessions provide the most focused attention on your technique and form while offering emphasis on specific needs, questions, or injuries.
In-studio duet sessions (2 people) may be purchased individually or in packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
Duet sessions are $50 per person and are a great option for two friends or family members who are able to coordinate their appointments. Duets offer individualized attention for both clients at a lower price per person than a traditional private session. Each client will book their session for the same appointment day/time and both clients will need to be booked and paid to receive duet pricing. If only one client is able to attend, then the price will be adjusted to reflect the cost of a private session.
In-studio trio sessions (3 people) may be purchased individually or in packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
Trio sessions are $40 per person and are a great option for three friends or family members who are able to coordinate their appointments. Trios offer focused attention in a fun, small group at a lower price per person than private sessions or duets. All clients will book their session for the same appointment day/time, and all three clients need to be booked and paid to receive trio pricing. If all three clients are unable to attend, then the price will be adjusted based on number of clients present.
Private online sessions are designed to meet your personal goals and activity level, and offer the flexibility to practice Pilates whether you’re at home or away.
